Orders
- House of Boom offers both Ready-to-Wear and Bespoke pieces.
- Ready-to-Wear items are available while stock lasts.
- Bespoke outfits require approximately 14 working days for production, depending on the design.
- Full payment is required before delivery.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Alterations and custom modifications are available at an additional cost, subject to approval.
- Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp or by visiting our showroom.
- For urgent orders, please contact us before making payment to confirm availability.

Sizing & Measurements
- Kindly refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.
- If you're unsure of your size, send your accurate body measurements (Bust, Waist, Hip, Shoulder, Length, etc.).
- We offer virtual measurement services.
- Customers may visit our showroom for professional measurements.
- House of Boom is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by customers.

Delivery for Ready to Wear
Ibadan
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Outside Ibadan (Nigeria)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days, depending on location and courier.
International
- We deliver worldwide.
- Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier service.
Bespoke Orders
Delivery timelines for bespoke outfits vary depending on the design, fabric availability and production requirements. An estimated completion and delivery date will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on destination and courier rates.
- Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
- House of Boom is not responsible for courier delays, customs charges, import duties or lost parcels after they have been handed over to the shipping company, although we will gladly assist with follow-up.

Failed Deliveries & Damaged Items
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect address or phone number, any additional delivery costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Product Information
- Fabric colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Some fabrics may have slight variations between production batches.
- Always confirm before placing an order to be very sure.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Ready-to-Wear items are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued where House of Boom is unable to fulfil an order, where an item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or where required by applicable law.
- Exchanges are based on approval and are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.
- Custom-made, altered, discounted, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless the error is from House of Boom.
- If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs, images, or branding without written permission is strictly prohibited.
