Welcome to House of Boom Ltd. By placing an order, booking a consultation, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance by House of Boom Ltd. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for the successful completion of their orders.
Production timelines commence only after all required information has been received and payment requirements have been met.

Measurements and Sizing
Custom-Made Clothing
Virtual measurements are mandatory for all custom-made clothing orders. Before production begins, every client must complete a virtual measurement session with a House of Boom representative. Garments will be produced based on the measurements obtained during this session.
Failure to attend a scheduled virtual measurement appointment may result in delays to production and delivery timelines.
House of Boom Ltd shall not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or significant body changes occurring after measurements have been taken. Any alterations required as a result may attract additional charges.
Ready-to-Wear Clothing
All ready-to-wear garments are produced according to House of Boom Ltd's standard size chart, which is available on our website and official platforms. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
Variations in fit may occur depending on body shape, fabric type, and garment design. Ready-to-wear garments are not custom-fitted and will be supplied according to the selected size chosen by the customer.

Payments
A deposit may be required before production begins on custom-made garments. Once fabrics, materials, and production costs have been committed to an order, deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment must be completed before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom-Made Garments
Custom-made garments are produced according to the client's approved design, specifications, and measurements.
Once production has commenced, design changes may attract additional charges and may affect delivery timelines.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments, completed custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases where an error is directly attributable to House of Boom Ltd.

Ready-to-Wear Purchases
Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within the approved exchange period provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.
Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, and custom-altered items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Fittings and Alterations
Clients are encouraged to attend all scheduled fitting appointments where applicable.
Minor adjustments approved by House of Boom Ltd may be completed within an agreed timeframe. Additional alterations requested outside the original scope of work may attract extra charges.

Production, Collection, and Delivery
Delivery and completion dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
House of Boom Ltd will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete client information, late payments, supplier delays, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients will be notified when their garments are ready for collection or dispatch.

Intellectual Property, Website & Privacy

Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, patterns, photographs, logos, branding materials, website content, and creative works belonging to House of Boom Ltd remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized access, misuse, interference, or attempts to compromise the website's security are strictly prohibited.
